DC Sports GPF Delete Midpipe - 2017-2023 Kia Stinger & 2019-2023 Genesis G70 3.3L (RWD)

If your Stinger or G70 sounds muted for a twin-turbo V6, the gasoline particulate filters are why. Hyundai and Kia built GPFs right into the factory midpipe, and they're one of the biggest restrictions and sound-killers in the whole system. This DC Sports midpipe removes them and replaces the section with 2.5-inch mandrel-bent T-304 stainless. The 3.3 finally gets to breathe out and sound like the engine it is, and it bolts straight to your factory hardware.

GPF Delete, Not A Cat Delete

Worth being clear about, because it's an important distinction and it's good news. This pipe removes the gasoline particulate filters built into the factory midpipe. Your catalytic converters sit upstream of this section, so they stay right where they are and keep doing their job.

That matters for a couple of reasons. GPFs are the main thing choking flow and muffling sound on these cars, so pulling them is where the real gain is. And because you're keeping the cats, you're not gutting the emissions system the way a true cat-delete pipe does, which makes this a much more livable modification on a car you actually drive every day.

What You Get Out Of It

Two things, and the sound is the one you'll notice first. GPFs are essentially filters sitting in your exhaust path, and removing them takes a significant muffling element out of the system. The 3.3 twin-turbo goes from politely quiet to genuinely present, with a deeper note that shows up hard under throttle. On the flow side, replacing that restriction with 2.5-inch mandrel-bent piping lets exhaust move out more freely, which sharpens throttle response and helps the turbos do their work. Mandrel bending matters here too, since crush-bent pipe pinches down at every curve and gives back the flow you were trying to gain.

RWD Only, Check Before You Order

Both the Stinger and the G70 came in all-wheel drive, and the exhaust routing is different on those cars. This midpipe fits rear-wheel-drive models only, so confirm your drivetrain before ordering.
