DC Sports 3" Front Pipe - 2022-2026 Honda Civic Si (FE1) & 2023-2026 Acura Integra (DE4) 1.5T

Your L15 turbo makes good power for what it is, and then the factory exhaust squeezes it right back down. The stock front pipe is a 2.25-inch bottleneck sitting in the middle of everything, and it's one of the easiest restrictions on the car to get rid of. This DC Sports front pipe swaps it for 3-inch mandrel-bent T-304 stainless, so the exhaust actually keeps moving on its way out. You get quicker spool, sharper throttle response, and more usable torque, and you don't need a tune to run it.

Where This Sits In Your Exhaust

Quick clarification, because people mix these up. This is the front pipe, not the downpipe. It's the section that bolts between your downpipe and your cat-back, so it picks up right where the downpipe leaves off. That means you can run it with your factory downpipe and factory cat-back exactly as the car sits now, or drop it into a system you're already building. It bolts to the OE downpipe and OE exhaust with no cutting and no adapters.

What Opening It Up Actually Does

DC Sports rates this at up to 45% less backpressure than the stock 2.25-inch pipe, and backpressure is the thing that matters most on a small turbo motor. When the exhaust can't get out, the turbo has to fight to spool and the engine has to work to push. Clear that up and the car wakes up in the part of the rev range you actually drive in. The turbo comes up quicker, the throttle feels crisper, and there's more torque under your foot through the midrange instead of just a bigger number at the top.

Sound That Won't Wear You Out

Here's what a lot of people worry about, and it's a fair worry. Opening up the exhaust on a 1.5T can turn your commute into a droning headache. This one doesn't. It deepens the tone when you get on it and settles back down at cruise, so you get the sound you want when you're driving hard without the highway drone that makes you regret it on a road trip. There's no rasp either, and it plays well with your factory muffler or an aftermarket one.

Built To Survive Your Winters

It's TIG-welded from 16-gauge T-304 stainless, so it holds up to road salt, rain, and whatever else you drive through. The flanges are CNC-machined so they seal properly and you're not chasing exhaust leaks a month later, and there's an integrated flex joint to handle driveline movement instead of transmitting it into the rest of your exhaust. It hangs from the factory hanger locations, so it sits where it should without you fabricating anything.

Room To Grow

The 3-inch OD lines up with most aftermarket downpipes and cat-backs out there. So if you've already got other exhaust pieces on the car, this matches up. And if you're planning to add a downpipe or turn the boost up later, you won't have to buy this part twice. It's sized for where your build is going, not just where it is now.

Installation

This is an easy one, about a 2 out of 5 on the difficulty scale. Plan on 45 to 60 minutes with a set of jack stands. New gaskets and all the stainless hardware come in the box, there's no cutting, and you don't need an ECU tune to run it. Bolt it up and go drive.

Who This Is For

This is for the Si or Integra owner who wants a real, felt improvement without a tune, a fabricator, or a car that drones at you every time you get on the highway. Whether this is your first exhaust mod or the piece connecting a bigger build together, it clears out the biggest restriction in the middle of your exhaust and lets the turbo do its job.
